STANDARD order management and SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Except special offer or other stated on our official website, general delivery charge as below.
    • If your order is over HKD 500 (post-discount), we'll ship the package for free to any district in Hong Kong and Macau.
    • If your order is below HKD 500, a shipping charge of HKD 30 will be reflected at checkout.
  • AREAS IN SERVICE
    • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands). This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands
    • O Box is not accepted as shipping address
    • Your "bill to" and "ship to" address must both be valid address in Hong Kong and Macau for expedited shipping.
  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address
  • We will ship your order as soon as we can. Once your order is placed on Glowbiotics Hong Kong official website  it will be processed  in 1-2 working days. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once you order is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • Dermatriz Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders

STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days
  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays
    • Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays)
    • Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions
    • Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Fresh is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice
    • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements
    • Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery
    • All orders must be signed for on delivery

UNDELIVERED/MISSING/REROUTED PACKAGES

  • Lost Packages: Please report lost/stolen packages to our team so we can investigate the issue.
  • Any undelivery caused by clients own reason or If your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a HKD 30 fee for each redelivery of the package. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
  • Change of Address: Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Detmatriz Limited is not responsible for any cost incurred or lost caused by incorrect address.
