We try our very best to ensure all goods are in good condition when they are being sent out from our office. However, sometimes, goods may be damaged during transportation or by other unexpected accident. In order to allow you to enjoy a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 7 days goods exchange service for any damaged goods caused by our team or delivery for all goods fulfilling below goods exchange conditions.
- Goods should remain with intact packaging
- Original receipt is necessary
- Purchase were made on www.glowbiotics.com.hk or at our showroom
Please provide the your name, contact number, original receipt, order number and a photo of the damaged goods to report the case to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our showroom. Our team will be glad to assist you with that.
We apologize that we reject any exchange request with following circumstances:
- Goods sold for more than 7 days;
- Product package has been opened (except deterioration);
- Product has been opened and consumed for ≥30% of the original capacity or weight (where the less is taken);
- Any damage caused by the client by mean of improper use or other human factor;
- Fail to provide the original receipt;
- If you purchased the product from one of our authorized resellers (such as a medical clinic or beauty salon), please contact that entity for their exchange arrangement;
- Any allergic reaction or adverse response or claim of unsuitable for using Glowbiotcs products;

We advise you to consult your doctor immediately in case of any adverse response associated with the use of the Glowbiotics products but Dermatriz Limited is not liable any of above issue and will not bear any responsibility.
- Product that is deteriorated but has been consumed for ≥30% of the original capacity or weight (where the less is taken). We are happy to check the quality of the product for you if you have any concern.
- Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented
- Any sample, free gift and accessories, or “no return” products that has been stated at purchase
We do not offer refund at any circumstances. We only except exchange request once and only the same product will be exchanged.
