第一晚：益生菌淨痘亮膚家用煥膚液
- 以益生菌溫和潔面啫喱清潔皮膚
- 取1泵份量於掌心，以指尖輕揉於治療位置至吸收。避開眼周位置。如全面使用，先於皮脂較多的地方，如鼻翼、下巴及額頭開始推開至皮膚較乾燥的位置。
- 煥膚液會於5-10分鐘內完全吸收。無須過水。
- 使用後塗上保濕靜膚平衡精華及溫和靜膚抗炎乳霜舒緩皮膚。
- 早上必須使用防曬霜，全物理抗氧防曬霜SPF30含氧化鋅有助鎮靜肌膚。
第二晚：維他命A激活煥肌精華
每晚取適量均勻塗於全面及頸部。 隨後配合合適的潤膚產品。如出現泛紅， 乾燥或脫皮情況， 此為使用維他命A初期皮膚更新加快的正常現象，請減少使用次數至隔天或隔兩天一次。 當皮膚適應後，可恢復使用次數。 建議每天早上請使用抗氧礦物防曬霧肌霜SPF30。於不使用的日子請配合溫和果酸產清除老化角質，並達至最佳效果。
